Partners

		Leonard Koningswijk Leonard is the founder of Quanteus. He has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and entrepreneur. Prior to starting Quanteus Leonard worked for ABN AMRO, PwC and A.T.Kearney, where he was a Partner. He  has extensive experience in financial services. Leonard’s main focus is on performance improvement, organization and change management.
		Wilko De Vette Wilko started his career at ABN AMRO. After working as a consultant at Hay Group and KPMG, he subsequently founded 3P consultancy. Wilko brings over 10 years of experience as interim MD and program manager in which role he led restructuring activities and improved operational and financial performance, achieving successful turnarounds. His areas of expertise are performance improvement, organization and recovery.
		Feico Elhorst Before establishing as an independent consultant Feico was a member of Arthur D. Little’s Dutch management team. Prior Feico held investment, business development, and consulting roles at  Credit Suisse First Boston and KPN in London, and A.T.Kearney. Focuses on international commerce, innovation, and organizational dynamics. He received an MBA from the Wharton School  and holds a master’s degree in Law from Leiden University.

		Ton Appels Ton Appels has a prolonged track record as a consultant and interim manager. He worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and at A.T.Kearney. On top he gained line management experience with Fuji Photo Film and Iggesund Paperboard. Ton worked extensively abroad: in the US, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and Sweden. Ton has a PhD in Business Science.
		Marc Jurgens Marc Jurgens has some fifteen years of experience in business development and execution of new ventures. He started his career at Monitor Company, a US based strategy-consulting firm and subsequently worked in management, as an entrepreneur and independent consultant, primarily in the field of Media, Internet and Telecommunications. Marc studied Law and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
		Babette Hofstede Babette Hofstede has over 15 years of experience as a (project-) manager in the Services Industry, of which some five years as member of company Management Teams. She worked for Randstad, ABN AMRO and Achmea. She can be described as highly motivated and driven, pragmatic and results focused. She is specialized in program and project management, process optimization and change. Babette studied Business Science and participated in the Erasmus exchange program with Spain.
		Mirik Castro Mirik Castro combines his work as an entrepreneur with consulting work. After his studies in Engineering in Delft he joined the Boston Consulting Group as a consultant. Later he worked for Stork in various functions. Since 2005 Mirik owns Holland Turnaround, a Private Equity company that focuses on turnarounds. Mirik does implementation work and also works as an interim manager. He has a special affinity with smaller and medium sized companies.
		Francois Gall Francois Gall has been particularly successful in obtaining results in situations involving cross-functional, cross-border and multi-cultural issues in a wide range of industries. He has been working independently for many years. Before he worked as a consultant for A.T.Kearney and McKinsey & Company and as a corporate finance director for Morgan Grenfell in the UK. Francois studied Business Administration in Buenos Aires and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
		Frank Hoogeveen Frank Hoogeveen focuses on large-scale change programs. Before he started out as an independent consultant he worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company and for ING as a program manager. Frank has extensive experience in and knowledge of risk management in Financial Institutions. He led multiple very complex programs in this area. Frank holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
		Tina Scheele Tina Scheele acquired broad consulting experience while working for Bain & Company for seven years. She has been successful in a variety of projects including corporate strategy, turnaround, due diligence and merger integration/change in a wide range of industries. She has a special interest in consumer goods. Tina studied Business Administration and holds an MBA from INSEAD. Next to consulting, Tina teaches organizational behavior at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
		Juliaan Bol Juliaan Bol is an experienced strategy and change management consultant. Juliaan worked as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, before starting out as an independent consultant in 2002. His focus in on change management. Next to his consulting work Juliaan is also a hands-on investor in various start-ups. He studied Mathematics and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.
		Otto van 't Loo Otto van 't Loo is a results oriented consultant and program manager. He worked as consultant at Gemini Consulting and was Vice President at Agency.com. Otto has over 15 years of experience in large and complex programs in the fields of strategy development, reorganisation, integration and the inception of new initiatives and ventures. His experience is across different industries: Financial Institutions, Energy, Automotive, Health and Telecoms. Otto holds an MBA in Business Economics.
		Jan-Willem Menkveld Jan-Willem Menkveld has ample experience in conducting strategic analysis and the implementation of large scale change.  Prior to becoming independent he worked at Capgemini as a consultant and as a product manager at KPN Mobile. Jan-Willem studied Business Economics and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
		Rune Aresvik Rune Aresvik is specialized in assisting client teams in conducting complex change. After obtaining an MBA from INSEAD Rune worked as a consultant at LEK and PwC and was a Partner at A.T. Kearney. Since 2007 Rune works independently and teaches client teams to work in similar ways as top consultancies do. Next to his work as a consultant he is active as an entrepreneur in the health sector.
		Maaike Braat Maaike Braat has a passion for organizational behavior. She was a consultant at A.T.Kearney for a number of years where she gained experience with large scale transformation. As an independent consultant she now focuses on culture assessments and transformation management. Next to her work as a consultant Maaike leads expeditions and advanced hiking excursions in the Himalaya. Maake studied Theoretical Physics.
