- Several years at one of the international top tier consulting firms, preferably in combination with a number of years of experience in line management at a larger company and/or experience in running your own company
- University educated, MBA very welcome
- Strong in analysis, excellent communication and social skills
- Strong focus on results and getting things done
- (Team) leadership skills, can motivate others
- Strong command of English language next to at least one other language (preferably Dutch)
